Q How can I donate?
A You can donate one of two ways. Option 1, mail a check payable “Patriot Dogs Mission” to PO Box 104, Old Fort, TN 37362. Option 2, click the donate button and select either mail in contribution form or pay online via credit card or Paypal.
Q Is the well-being of the dogs important?
A Patriot Dogs Mission is all about the well-being of the dogs, we only support with pain free/conflict free professional trained and maintained dogs. The vendors that supply the dogs or supply training services need to show proof that they only use positive trainings methods.
Q Can I use Patriot Dogs Mission if I want to donate for my local Police Department or SAR group?
A Absolutely!!!! as long the receiver of the dog or training is conform the requirements for the receiver. We will work this out between you, the receiver, and Patriot Dogs Mission.
Q How can I start with the process?
A By sending an email with the request.
Q Do the board members of Patriot Dogs Mission have any experience in the K9 world?
A Yes, the board members are experts in a range of knowledge in the K9 world. It is through this knowledge that vets vendors with high standards.
Q Do the board members receive payment/salary out the donations?
A No, the board members are in their position voluntarily with only one goal, a better world for society as well as for the dogs of service.
Q Can a receiver of a dog pick his own vendor?
A The receiver may request a specific vendor or dog but the requirements state there will be 2 additional vendors to bid on the assignment and the specific vendor needs to meet the requirements with the final say of the Patriot Dogs Mission board.
Q Can I request the dog to be named after my family if I donate a full amount (enough to pay for the dog)?
A Yes, if the full amount for a single donated dog is made a request to name the dog can be made to the board to vote if the name is appropriate.
Q Can I donate a dog?
A All the dogs used in our program are carefully selected by trusted and vetted vendors that have gone through very detailed and professional training. Contact information of the vendors may be provided upon request to attempt to donate a dog.
